Desert Oasis High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. This link will open a new browser.

1. Please contact the Registrar at (760) 336-4555.  Once you speak to the Registrar, you will need a parent portal in order to complete the online registration process.
2. Items you will need to bring for registration: Residency verification: must present at least TWO (2) of the following ORIGINAL recent documents with the date within a month of registration, including the parent/legal guardian name, and the address of residence to verify residency
   
   Deed to home; Mortgage payment; Property tax receipt; Current bill from local utility company, including cable TV; Military Order (Base Housing Office written verification); Declaration of temporary residency affidavits for homeless families; Rental agreement; Bank statement; Approved inter-district transfer with proof of residency or any other legal document (s) which establishes home address with District boundaries
3. Immunization records and birth certificate
4. Transcript and withdrawal grades from the previous school
5. If the student is living with a relative other than the parents or if a family is living with another family, a Caregiver’s Authorization Affidavit form is required.
