NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
EQUIPMENT LEASE PURCHASE FINANCING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Central Union High School District (“District”) shall hold a public hearing in conjunction with its intended approval of an equipment lease purchase financing for the purpose of financing the installation of energy conservation measures in accordance with Government Code section 4217.13.
The time and place set for the public hearing on the intention of the Board of Trustees of the District to approve a financing arrangement is January 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the District Administration Office Board Room, located at 351 W. Ross Avenue, El Centro, California 92243.
